Welcome to JDM ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information on our website and through our games.

1. Website Privacy

This website does not collect personal information. We do not use cookies for tracking. Standard server logs may record your IP address and browser type for security purposes only.

2. Game Data (Level Scary 2)

Level Scary 2 is a VR multiplayer fan game. The following data is processed:

Account Data (PlayFab): Meta platform ID, player ID, game progression, currency, bans, and leaderboard stats.
Multiplayer Data (Photon): Temporary IP address and device data for matchmaking.
Voice Data: Real-time voice chat is transmitted live. We do not record or store voice chats.
Tracking Data: Headset and controller data is processed locally and never saved.

3. Children's Privacy

Our games are designed for players aged 10 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent, in compliance with COPPA.

4. Data Deletion

To request deletion of your game data, email mxshadowkiller@gmail.com with your in-game player name or Meta platform ID. We will process requests within 30 days.
