1. User Content

Users are solely responsible for any content they upload, share, or distribute through FabShop. This includes but is not limited to:

• Project files, code, and designs
• Images, thumbnails, and media
• Descriptions, comments, and metadata
• Embedded content and external links

2. Age Restrictions & Mature Content

Some content, products, and services available on FabShop and its associated shops may be age-restricted or intended for specific audiences. By using this platform you confirm that:

• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase and access the content you are viewing
• If you are under 18, you have obtained parental or guardian consent before making any purchases
• You understand that certain digital products, 3D printed items, game assets, or artwork may only be appropriate for specific age groups
• You accept full responsibility for determining whether any content is appropriate for you or any minor in your care

FabShop and MG-Games reserve the right to restrict access to age-sensitive content at any time without notice.

3. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. FabShop does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed, except where explicitly required by applicable law. This includes:

• Digital products (Roblox models, scripts, assets, instant downloads) — non-refundable once delivered or accessed
• 3D printed items (MG-Games Fabrication) — non-refundable once production has begun
• Original artwork and paintings (Nana Paints) — non-refundable once shipped
• All purchases processed through Stripe are also subject to Stripe’s own terms and policies

If you believe there has been an unauthorized or fraudulent charge, please contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee resolution. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in account restriction or permanent ban from the platform.

4. Use At Your Own Risk

FabShop and all associated shops are provided “as is” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. You use this platform entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for:

• Any loss, damage, or harm — financial, physical, or otherwise — arising from use of the platform or its products
• Technical issues, outages, bugs, or data loss
• Third-party content, links, payment processors, or external services
• Actions taken based on information found on this platform
• Issues with downloaded files, scripts, or digital assets after delivery
• Delays in shipping physical products due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, etc.)

5. No Liability / Disclaimer

FabShop and its operators are not accountable for any damage, loss, or harm resulting from the use of this platform or any content hosted on it.

• Damage to devices, hardware, or software from downloaded files
• Financial losses from transactions or purchases
• Personal injury from projects, designs, or instructions
• Data loss or security breaches
• Issues arising from third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
• Misuse of purchased assets or products by the buyer

6. Beta Features

Some features on FabShop are marked as Beta. These are experimental features that may not work as expected at all times. By using beta features you agree that:

• Beta features are provided with no guarantee of reliability, accuracy, or uptime
• We are not liable for any issues, data loss, or failed transactions caused by beta features
• Beta features may be changed, broken, or removed at any time without notice

7. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload or distribute content that:

• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Infringes on intellectual property or copyright
• Promotes illegal activities or violence
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Includes explicit content without proper authorization
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Misrepresents products, services, or affiliations

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms at any time, without notice, and without refund.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of FabShop after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent revision.

10. Platform Operator

FabShop and its associated shops are owned and operated by MG-Games. MG-Games operates under responsible supervision and is managed with parental guardian oversight, ensuring safe, ethical, and trustworthy business practices.
